Sad day for the NBA and fans...What's next for Kobe? "MRI, surgery, and then recovery," he said.

The clock was ticking, Kobe Bryant was doing things that simply hasn’t been done by anyone in the NBA who has played 17 years at the guard position.
The Lakers were battling to make the playoffs,  Kobe was playing heavy minutes and putting in super human efforts to keep them afloat.
I have to say I am surprised he lasted this long. Your body can only take some much abuse, even if you are as mentally strong and motivated as Kobe Bryant.

Lakers say Kobe Bryant is suspected to have torn his left Achilles. MRI needed tomorrow to confirm but ... wowza

Pau Gasol on Kobe: "It's a tough blow for everyone, (especially) those of us that love and respect him even more..."

Kobe has played through a million injuries & ailments throughout his career, but this won’t be one of them: “I can’t. I can’t walk.”

Thoughts & prayers go out to the big homey .. Shame they ran him into the ground..

Damn man, never want to see that happen...ever. But@kobebryant is a strong dude, wishing you a speedy and healthy recovery brother!
