Are The N.Y. Knicks Trying To Be Like The Miami Heat

They want to have star power, and make a name for themselves in the Eastern Conference. With the Boston Celtics getting up in age, and the Miami Heat being the new YOUNG GUNS in the NBA, the New York Knicks are making the plans to become the NEXT BIG THING in the NBA. (N.Y. Daily News) is reporting that the Knicks are looking at adding Chris Paul, and Dwight Howard to their team next year. Now I've reported a while back that the Charlotte Bobcats want Chris Paul, and he's not looking away from  POSSIBLY playing in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dwight Howard has ALREADY made it clear that he doesn't want to play in the Big Apple, and that his heart, and soul is in Orlando (meaning that he's staying in Central Florida). The idea in New York is to have a BIG THREE like what Miami, Boston, and L.A. Lakers have, and with both Chris Paul and Dwight Howard up for free agency in 2012; the Knicks Assistant GM Allan Houston is making it sound like THEY'RE PUTTING TOGETHER A PACKAGE to get them both. WHATEVER IT COST, WHATEVER IT TAKES.
