Iguodala blows off meeting with team execs, Really, your bosses?

Andre IguodalaNow that the Philadelphia 76ers have been eliminated from the postseason by the Miami Heat, it is standard operating procedure for team officials to meet individually with players to kind of wrap up the season and look to the future.
It appears that Andre Iguodala might not have any interest in such a thing. Multiple sources tell the Philadelphia Daily News that Iguodala didn't bother to show up for his scheduled meeting with coach Doug Collins, team president Rod Thorn, and general manager Ed Stefanski. Somehow all of his teammates found time in their suddenly free schedules to do so.
"I just want to compete for titles," Iguodala said to reporters, a meeting that he did show up for, according to the Daily News. "We made a lot of strides this year. I think we're heading in the right direction."
Still, he wouldn't say he was hoping to be a Sixer forever: "I expect to be back in the NBA. It's always been a dream of mine to play ball," he said, according to the paper. "This has been a great ride so far, not just with the Sixers, but playing basketball in general. So I'm really looking forward to getting some rest this summer, letting my body recuperate and get back to 100 percent."
